Admission Process

  2. Reception

    Visit Reception

    After reaching the school, visit Hall No. 51. The receptionist will schedule an appointment with the Admission Counsellors.

  3. Counsel

    Counselling & Information

    • The Admission Counsellor will meet you with prior basic knowledge of your child according to class in an interview.
    • The Admission Counsellor will provide information about school rules & regulations, fee details, and all other queries.
  4. Token

    Admission Registration Token

    After you are satisfied with the counselling, the counsellor will issue an Admission Token.

  5. Register

    Admission Registration

    • Visit with the admission token to Hall No. 51.
    • The receptionist will issue an Admission Kit (registration fees receipt, registration number, dummy form, uniform details, book & stationery details).
  6. Online

    Online Admission Form

    • Visit the Admission Form page on this website.
    • Enter registration number, mobile number, date of birth, and proceed.
    • Verify all your registration details.
    • Enter all required details; upload photographs and required documents.
    • After filling the form, re-check and verify all your details.
    • Submit the form and take a print of the admission form.

  7. Verify

    Document Verification

    • Visit the school with your admission form and all required original documents (Aadhaar card, birth/transfer certificate, mark memo if applicable, and all other required documents).
    • The Admission Counsellor will verify all your details.
    • After verification of the admission form, the counsellor will generate the admission number and bank fees challan.
  8. Confirm

    Admission Confirmation

    • After receiving the bank challan, visit the nearest branch of Abhyudaya Co-operative Bank and pay the fees.
    • After payment of the first instalment, submit the school copy to the school reception (Hall No. 51); your admission will then be confirmed.
